- THE SMART SHORTCUT TO THE CHARGING STATION

As soon as the Mission robotic lawnmower reaches a low charge level, it automatically returns to its charging station, following the boundary wire counterclockwise. Depending on factors such as the size and complexity of the lawn, this can take more or less time. With the Fast2Base feature, you can significantly reduce return time by taking practical shortcuts.

THE FUNCTION

To use the Fast2Base feature*, you need the Kress No-Go Digital Fence KA0212 magnetic tape, which is placed at strategic points along the boundary wire. When the Mission robotic lawnmower encounters the magnetic tape on its way back along the boundary wire, it turns 90 degrees to the left and crosses the lawn on the opposite side, thus shortening the return route to the charging station.

If the mission encounters a scoured island on its way back to the charging station, it would normally circumnavigate it before continuing on its way. By using Fast2Base, it also takes the shortcut.
